Disclosure of Grade Migration Basel II

*The Accord definition for the Disclosure of Grade Migration requires firmsto report on changes in grade for Obligors over a 4-year period (current year plus 3 years of history).

Assuming full reporting is to be achieved on 31 December 2006, this requires all Obligors to be graded during 2003 (and re-graded annually in 2004, 2005 and 2006).However, provided these historic grades are stored in the Internal Rating Systems then this data can be loaded into anyFinancial Model “retrospectively”.
