CP2 forms the basis for the requirements defined in this document with the exception of the following assumptions where the Accord is subject to significant challenge (through lobbying):

Granularity adjustment of baseline Risk Weighted Assets will be dropped from the Accord;

The need to use Group-wide account data associated with borrower in default definitions, rating and loss estimates will be dropped from the Accord.
